My Muscle System in the Mage World

Chapter 409 World Essence Stone

409  World Essence Stone

The World Essence Stone was the currency used by Tier Seven and Tier Eight wizards, an extremely rare resource created through the condensation and purification of mana produced by the inner world.

One couldn't simply another's mana as their soul patterns wouldn't match, as the soul was connected to their mental space or inner world. It was simply impossible to use the another's mana but…

This is where the World Essence Stone came in; through extremely intricate methods, they were able to condense and purify mana into these small stones. n/o/vel/b//in dot c//om

The quality of a World Essence Stone varied due to these methods. The higher the tier, the more valuable it was. For example, a thousand demi human slaves were worth around an Early Tier Seven World Essence Stone, according to market standards.

As for Tier Nine, no World Essence Stones of that calibre had ever been used here, and even Tier Eight was extremely rare.

Watching Aur's back as he walked away, the vendor narrowed his eyes.

"There's something off about this fellow," he muttered, thoughtfully pulling out a needleless compass that pointed directions, then slowly closed his eyes.

After a brief moment—about a minute—he opened his eyes again, a smirk forming.

"Hehe, he really is hiding something."

Aur walked off calmly, but his mind couldn't calm down for some time. His heart was beating at a rapid rate.

It felt like his entire life was flashing through his eyes, even though he reacted with that vendor like normal Aur could feel that suffocating feeling that came from the bottom of his soul.

"Is this a fear from my instinct?" Aur's hands hidden beneath his sleeves were trembling violently.

He knew that the reason was simply because of being near so many Tier Seven wizards; even though he didn't, that didn't mean that he wouldn't feel the fear from his instinct flaring at him.

As a Tier Four body, his instincts were heightened much more than most wizards unless they used spells that could heighten their instinct; in normal fights, this would be a benefit, but for this Tier Seven wizard and higher.

Aur's instinct was basically always screaming at him to run away and escape as far as possible, which made him have more of a debuff than a blessing.

"Sigh." He quickly shook his head and suppressed this instinct in his heart as much as he could.

Then confidently walked forward with firmness.

During his journey, he casually asked the vendors for Ether Stone, and as expected, everyone pointed their fingers at the main shop.

Aur soon arrived at the tall structure and couldn't help but sigh in his heart.

"Should I really enter this place?" This question was something he asked himself again and again.

Unlike the vendors and the people surrounding him, who were all Tier Seven Wizards, those who could own such a place and have the strength to back it up are all Tier Eight Wizards.

Tier Seven existence was not something that Aur could even imagine; he was just a

Tiny Tier Four being; whether it was a wizard or other path, every power when higher led to the same path; if not for the inheritance of an entire super sect he has gained, he wouldn't even be worthy enough to see their faces. Not to mention Tier Eight, who were terrifying entities.

His condition was already worse from his instinct always screaming at him; if he met a Tier Eight Wizard then?

Aur felt like he would die drowned out by his own instinct.

Crack!

A small wound appeared in his finger, revealing his golden blood. Aur hid it in his sleeve before it took a blink of an eye to heal again.

"Damn it, my mental space is basically already broken."

He slowly and calmly walked into the building. Looking around the place, there were a few individuals who were looking at bamboo. One of the beings attracted Aur's attention.

Clad in a white robe and wearing a chicken mask, the figure slowly raised the bamboo to their temples. With closed eyes, they lingered in silence before gently lowering the bamboo, their heads shaking slightly as they turned to the other bamboo.

"Is this like an auction that Stella told me about?" Aur thought in his head, shaken to the core.

He wasn't completely clueless about all the things in this place; numerous pieces of information were exactly the same as the one Stella described; the old boatman was the same.

But inside the island, many things have already changed besides spells that couldn't be used here, not to mention that attacking seemed to be extremely prohibited. This place was extremely unfriendly to Mana, but this is what attracted the wizards to trade here.

For Wizards, they were extremely weary of people, especially those who are higher in Tiers.

The third dimension was basically ruled by Tier Six wizards for nothing, because after reaching Tier Seven they no longer have any interest in those lower-tier things. Even if they wanted to, it could all be bought easily on this island.

So the Tier Seven and Tier Eight wizards spent their entire time cultivating their inner worlds and gathering resources to advance.

Aur slowly walked upon the bamboo and took it in his hand, raising it to his temples as well.

Immediately an item appeared in his mind; all he had to do was bet on it.

The item he was looking at was an umbrella, a top Tier Six artefact that not only helped in spatial movement and attack but was also used to naturally create spells.

Naturally created spells could actually be artificially produced; all it needed was to fulfil certain requirements and it would be naturally produced, but what was special was that this mother nature-created spell could also be produced in the inner world as a farm of some sort.

This was a real business in this place, and many people do it.

Aur walked around the place, searching for the bamboo that he needed for Ether Stone.

"Got it."
